It's cool how things come together like this

I was browsing Famous Meme Maps and made a map that honors my trusty car of the last 8 years. It turned out to be all gold, which is definitely what experience with the brand is (anecdotally speaking anyways). If you want to peep the interactive map, you can find it here (I've linked to #Ontario in the URL so it takes your right to that province).

The colours of Famous Meme Maps are randomly generated by a sophisticated algorithm that while simple in nature uses a bunch of math to generate a hexidecimal RGB colour. I've written and made a couple of algos based on other things I've seen online but the one I've specifically chosen gives the maps a warm feeling I think. Maybe in the future a feature that might be cool is allowing meme mappers a way to customize the colour! There's a bunch of improvements and features I have planned but as I shift focus to different aspects of the project I'm not able to do as much of any of the other things that I'd like done.

I'm really stoked it's gold though, what are the chances Nissan would be gold? That's about it for this post, if you're into cars make sure to submit and vote up your car in the map linked above. I did just Infiniti as a troll, but maybe I should've highlighted the model too? Who knows! It's up to the will of the people who find these maps that will determine what the end up looking like.
